Individual and Couples Counselling
Counselling or psychotherapy can help you to overcome emotional problems such as
anxiety, depression and stress. Sometimes a few meetings are enough to put you on
the right path again. Sometimes more long-term work is needed to explore the problem
and reach a shared understanding so that you can free yourself from patterns of
behaviour that trip you up or cause you distress.
I work with individuals and couples, drawing on many years of experience in adult
